Niz - on a budget, the best is to get an SAFC with a bleeder

HKS EVC = Blitz SBC = Apexi AVCR = Greddy Profec B = Greddy Profec A = E-Boost do the same job, some better than others but all are electronic boost controllers

Cams EVC or Electronic Valve Controller is basically and Electronic Boost Controller (EBC)

PowerFC is a full replacement ECU and can do boost, fuel, timing PowerFC = AVCR + SAFC + ITC and more AVCR which is an EBC is just a piggyback which basically allows u to control boost
