hey guys

Just wanted some help if thats cool. I drive an R32t with Tein HR coilovers..and lately have noticed constant squeeking coming out of my two front suspension arms.

I've been told that its the bushes in the upper arms that need degreasing, so they need to be popped out, greased and popped back in.

Any suggestions on a good reliable suspension workshop in Melbourne to do this, the degree of difficulty and a rough estimate on how much it will cost?

BTW i was told when i bought the car that they are nolathane bushes.
