Keep the celebrations at a minimal and avoid the Gunfire into the sky situation - as when the Iraqi's did it a couple of days ago for the Asian Soccer tournament - they accidentally shot 5 people and wounded another 9. Umm.... I wouldn't wanna be celebrating if there's a risk I might be killed. lmao
