Anyone that owns a bayside blue 34 GTR had any panel or new parts sprayed in bayside blue or anyone know any spray painters that have experince in spraying it and have come up a good match recently i just want to talk to the shop that did it so i can get some sort of idea on whats required what paints/pearls used how many layers etc etc.

Would prefer only colours that were matched to an orginal 34 GTR have seen plenty of 32 and 33 cars which have been claimed to be bayside blue but when put up against an orginal bayside blue 34 GTR are a wrong match.

Nissan australia would be the people to speck too, the correct paint code should be on the build plate and Nissan can tell you the factory painting process's..

paint fade over time can alway cause freshly painted panels to look different...

Yeah, its hard to get a perfect match unless your cars brand new, cause of fade (as above).

A complete respray ensures no colour diffiration.

Where are you located?

I got my bayside blue 34 fixed up few years ago. What you think?
