Hey guys bought an r32 so this is up for sale. Was planning to go turbo but i picked the r32 up as a great deal. Engine has a slight tick due to the m20 engine valve design. You can pick a whole m20b25 (the 2.5ltr version) for about $800 with an ecu and its a straight swap.

Comes with

Rebuilt injectors

New o2 Sensor

New drive belts

Walrbo fuel pump 350hp rated. (internal)

Pod filter.

Fully sick cut exhaust.

Nardi steering wheel,

Stewart warner oil pressure gauge,

Has an mtech 1 oem bodykit.

Removed clutch fan and has 16" thermo fan installed.

Serviced every 10000kms. Timing belt done 10000kms ago, W-pump and tensioner was done as well

In dash dvd player.

Air con has been removed as when you go turbo the manifold sits were the air con pump is. Blower fan still works.

Paint isnt the best. Has oxidation on the bonnet. And the previous owner shadowtrimmed it which is bubbling a little.

Has remote central locking.

Power windows

Battery in oem position in the boot,

6 spoke rondell rims with new kuhmo tyres

Superlow king springs in the rear

Red leather hand brake and gear boots

Comes with a full workshop manual

Bad points,

D/S belt wont retract unless you help it

Both chairs struts are broken so they wont come back up by themselves,

P/S door trim is loose.

Typical m20 engine tick

Can sort out freight for buyer at cost

Vehicle is located in townsville. Drives perfect just need it gone asap.

I reserve the right to cancel the auction as this vehicle is listed elsewere

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
