People in Osaka

Wonder if anyone can help. I know absolutely nothing about Osaka but I'll be going down in the next week or so for work to visit Rays Engineering. I'm trying to figure out where the HQ actually is. This is the address:

5-3-18, Nagata Nishi, Higashiosaka-shi, Osaka

Any ideas how hard it is to get to from Osaka station?

Also anyone have any advice on some nice cheap hotels to stay over for 1-2 nights?

just had a look at the subway map and its easy enough to get to Nagata from Shin-Osaka. Anyone know if there are any hotels in Nagata?

If it's for work, it shouldn't matter if the hotel is cheap or not

I'm too lazy to check at the moment but getting around Osaka is pinch-piss compared to Tokyo, Higashi-Osaka would be easily accesible by the subway or JR Loop Line. Ray's Engineering website should have details of the closest station to get off.
