Does anyone know where I can get some statistics concerning the 'hoon' laws implemented a few years ago and what cars that have been caught up in it. I'm doing some research for a thesis and I want to get an idea of what year most of them are from and what ecu management system they use to decide on what metrics I'm going to use for a few things.
