  1. I bought a couple of the basic wireless Swann units. They're very consumer focused (ie. simple to install and operate). They'd be no good for what you're after though. You can view them from your IOS or Android phone easily using the App. The sucky side is that there is no method to record anything to harddrive and they're pretty much trying to sell you a monthly recurring fee to use their 'cloud-based' motion recording system. You get a free trial for 30 days and as much as it works well - I hate lock-in recurring fees.
  2. Just wondering which door trim pieces you got? Assume you got 'Infiniti' pieces from the US. Did you have any issues with the left-hand vs. right-hand drive thing?? Not sure what the story is with the coupe but my understanding is these parts on the sedan are different from lhd to rhd.
  3. Hey Chris, Interested to know what you think would happen if someone managed to capture a HDD image from a 2009+ NAVI optioned local Murano Z51 Ti, Navara STX-550, 370Z or Pathfinder Ti R51? Do you think the image would even boot? I assume the buttons would still present a fairly major challenge since they all appear to be in different places.
  4. Hi All, Am looking at getting a v36 sedan and trying to figure out some good methods to pick cars that have a few more K's on them than perhaps the Odometer says. I've noticed that quite a number of v36's (coupe or sedan) have some very visible wear on the steering wheel. Just wondering if this is a sign of age or just a common issue with the make. Has anyone with a v36 seen this? Would you expect it at 25,000k, 50,000k, 75,000k??
