  1. R35 GTR seats are heated yes, fully electric adjustable and are very supportive (but i guess this is to expected from something out of a GTR)

To the untrained eye my R35 seats look factory as the leather is a perfect match with my M35 back seats.

  2. Ok so i managed to find a decent set pricewise of Varrstoen ES6's but they are 19x9.5 +12's. So i'm now not that worried about the rears anymore but the fronts slightly worry me...

I had a fresh read of the threads on here but with my skim reading i couldnt find anyone running a +12 on the front of an M35. I think +22 on a 10 inch rim was the closest i could find...

I reckon, as mentioned above, i could make them fit...

    They would look mad too.

  3. 20x10 all round fits with no scrubbing at all.

+35 rear, +32 front (3mm spacer for arm clearance)

I have 2 spare wheels if you want to buy another 2 from ozzy to make a set. You can have them for cost price as I got them at cost to fix a mix up they caused.

Cheers mate but if i do go for actual Work Meisters i'll be going for an imitation set (Varrstoens)

I'm just not 100% where to shop for them as yet. The US site won't show my postage costs to Australia even though Australia is an option on the ordering page... I emailed the NZ distributor but the cost of the wheels seemed a lot more expensive even taking into account shipping to them. I mean of they are a distributor should i have to fork out full tote for that side of the shipping??? perhaps i do...

  4. Excellent info mate.

    Much appreciated.

I think for the hassle involved i'll just stick it out with 9.5's all round but my intention was to borrow some style from the 350'z crowd that run Varrstoen ES6's staggered on my M35. (see attached image)

I may still go that path so we shall see...

    Thanks again mate

  5. Ok so this may seem a silly question to some but hear me out and do your best to speak down to my proposition....

I am fully aware from reading this and the other thread re: wheels that 9.5 +33 (or was that 9.5 +22.. i'll double check) is perfect fit for the front of an M35 due to suspension arm etc but my question is regarding the rears.

Assuming i roll the guards has anyone has any experience fitting 11ich wheels on the rear with tyres to fit (not streched). Probably a +12 or a +22 or something like that...

Please remember i have no Attesa to keep happy so no fear from any of those issues.

    Oh and 19inch wheels.... btw

    Cheers.

  6. G'day folks,

I'll have to get some pictures together but i'm going to list all the bits i have stored in my garage.

I'm not 100% sure what all this stuff is worth so feel free to make offers. I'm sure a few could help me with fair prices (hopefully no bastards try and take advantage of my kind nature)

So all parts are working fine upon removal from my 2003 M35 Stagea RS.

Auto Transmission with Transgo Shift kit and transfer case - $700

Centre console (from auto shifter back) - $100

Black leather Seats with all electrical parts left over from my swap with R35 GTR seats. - $400 (seats look a bit dirty but that pic is terrible.. they are in good nik)

    Stock intercooler + piping - $100

    Stock suspension - $150

Standard front bar + reo in factory blue - $200

    Standard grill - $100

Some parts i've not been able to price but i will ring around some wreckers and do decent google searches to price the following.

Front Diff, Sump, stock auto shifter, foot brake and i'm sure there are other bits...

Attesa Pump on hold at the moment but it may be up for sale if the sale falls through.

As i said i'll get pics and prices up asap but will accept offers for any of the above bits.

I'll add more parts as i check out the garage...

    Cheers guys

  7. Not really worth the cost with other options out there but each to their own.

Yes, If money is your concern then this build really isn't for you.

Went for a decent drive then down the freeway around a few open roads. lots of change of speeds from 60 to 110+... very happy with how this has turned out.

  8. Nice of the workshop to put up all the details. I reckon Scotty has already started collecting the parts. Lol;)

I'm sure Scotty already had most of the parts ready to go over a year ago :P

I think he is neck deep in ECU / Turbo stuff atm which hopefully will save me some frustration after the xmas holidays :)

  9. Car back on hoist for hopefully the last time for the handbrake cable and a few small things.

Noise from the clutch gone. Seems to be a tiny noise around the cat but i will be replacing the exhaust from the dump back. Now that the auto is gone i can get something that will sit much closer to the body (less scrape yay!!)

Umm picture of Drive Shaft is all i can offer today.

Handbrake is mounted and almost finished but i didn't get a picture as the car was up on the hoist.

So really on the home stretch now. The mechanic has an S13 he is getting off defect for a customer and i can live without the M35 for another day so i'm hoping to pick it up tomorrow / Wednesday/

    Stay tuned
