  1. I thought I'd let you all know this guy isn't selling a VG30 as advertised.. They are Garrett T25 which are standard on SR20 and CA18's. I bought the faulty one off him as I wanted the VG30 turbine for a Hi-flow, I didnt know what a VG30 looked like so I bought it having trusted that the seller was actually selling what he claimed was a VG30. Now he won't give my money back and has spun some sh!t.
  2. Sorry guys - apparently there was something wrong with it. A rag was stuck in the compressor side of the turbo so I guess it would be worth having it checked to be safe. Yes It's the same as the S13 - these turbos are fitted to either SR20 or CA18 BTW I am also willing to swap for a damaged RB25 turbo.
  3. I was stupidly mislead to beleive that when someone sells a VG30 on these forums they are being honest in their sale and they are actually selling what the ad claims to be a VG30 turbo - I had never seen what they look like and so I bought this turbo thinking it was a VG30 it's a Garrett T25 and it's pretty much useless for my RB25. I only want what I paid for it and I'm willing to cover payment for shipping anywhere in Oz Willing to swap for a VG30 turbine housing also $100 (including shipping)

  5. I've got a set of 740cc Nismo injectors for my RB25.. Is it recommended to leave these to the pro's to install or can it be done safely and successfully by anyone mechanically minded?? The injectors do not include the o-rings so how would I know what kind of o-rings to order and what compound? Also I'm planning to get the injectors flow tested before installing just for safety reasons, anyone know where I can get this done (preferably S E Subs - Vic) and how much??
  6. I'm after a VG30 turbine housing asap. Please include details on condition, the price and any photos would be good too. Thanks, Michael
  7. Top Secret front bar's are awesome I wanted one. xxx body kits quoted me for only the front bar $410. That doesn't included the grill - grill is extra $150 They are very rare front bars for an R33, xxx are the only people I've heard of to have the mould for them. I would have gone with them but I'm not convienced with their quality. Fibreglass is not meant to flex if it does it cracks.
  8. Awesome price mate. If you don't mind me asking what were you going to bolt it onto and would it fit in the standard low mount position with the stock manifold?
  9. XXX Bodykits in Dandenong - I asked about the quality of them and they said "yeah good flexible". What ever that means...
  10. Hmm I'm starting to look more into a GCG Hi-flow now.. I just want my 250rwkws dammit!!
  11. Stock turbo - 12 pounds considering you have a FMIC
  12. Auto Meter Gauge - Sports Comp Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge - Brand New in Box (never opened) Electrical Gauge 2-1/16” Works with most OEM and aftermarket oxygen sensors. $130
  13. Why is choosing a turbo so hard?? I don't know a lot on turbo figures and everyone has something different to say - GCG say the turbo would be good for an RB25DET with RB25 turbine housing. - discopotato who seems to know his stuff doesn't suggest it as a good combination - My tuner can't see anything wrong with the GT3071R and can get me a good price including the flanges and adaptors and everything lol it's all too hard.... *confused*
  14. I was looking at the GCG unit - Click Here Would anyone know if this could bolt up with little hassles? Or would additional adaptors and oils lines ect. need to be made?
  15. I've been given a pretty good price on one and I'm thinking about bolting up the GT3071R with an RB25 Exhaust housing which should hopefully bolt straight up to the standard manifold. What do you guys reckon?
