  1. I guess we need to evaluate about thermal conductivity of each cooling system. Just like the latest exploring, how the latest computer systems are kept cool. And definitely by working on those ideas, we could have some better solutions.
  2. Of course, as we really need to work and exercise, which our body is actually able to bear and carry on with ease to get the desired result for our build. Otherwise it would be of no use to over try. And I would never go in favor of supplements, because these would always leave some side effects on our health sooner or later.
  3. As concerned to me I would always like and loves to stick to basic food plan like eating fresh vegetables, fruits, juices, some meat, fish and beans. As these contain all necessary ingredients for proper growth of our body. Along with some regular walk, exercise and gym work.
  4. I would never like to use supplements or any other shortcut methods to strengthen my body and shapes. As it could lead to some real damage to our body later in the age, as it start losing skin too early and by using supplements we might end up on wheel chairs at later parts of our lives.
  5. That's why I am always likes to work in gym to extent, which my body could easily bear and able to manage, as sometime doing some extra work and over stretching we might get ourself in some sort of trouble by pulling some of our muscles or damaging the bones.

  7. The most important thing which restrict and cause restlessness in your sleep is stress, depression and thoughts you might have before sleep. So, first of all we need to keep relax and free of all the thoughts. You will surely sleep well.
