Yay, nay or gay? I like it, because skylines have better front ends where as supras have better rear ends, so here u get the best of both, would u call it the Skypra or Supraline?

He is not talking about a the RB26 plenum was was DESGINED to be forward facing.
Um if u look at the RB26 plenum, the 1st 3 cylinders get the majority of the air according to GTS boys theory because its forward facing, but this isn't true. All the cylinders do get even airflow despite the forward intake being closest to the 1st 3 cylinders.
Anyway it was a silly idea by OP, i wouldn't mess around with plenums, get an aftermarket one if that's what u wish

There a lot of other countries in the rest of the world that's got the GTR priced higher than AUS (e.g. Singapore, I believe around 250k SGD brand new 1AUD = approx. 1.19SGD). Quit whinging and maybe some day you will get one.

Anyone who payed twice as much for something and then found out the same thing is half the price elsewhere would be either kidding themselves or a complete and utter moron if the said they weren't pissed off, no two ways about it. dunno what GTS kid just said but look at the GTR, those clever little engineers at Nissan designed the forward facing plenum and that didn't cause "uneven air distribution" as he described.
I agree don't chop it tho, leave it or get a good greddy copy instead

The new commodores r finally 5k cheaper this year on the standard models and 10k cheaper on the luxury/sports models than last years, it's about time they competed with the cheaper imports, hopefully it will keep more people in jobs to.

Good answer, yah even Evos r so cheap over there, it's a bit unfair that we have to pay twice as much for the same car. I know we have a strong economy and all but still you'd think Nissan would be able to make them a bit cheaper like in the US.
In saying that they r still better than Porsche, and u do get a hell of a lot of car for your money, still out of my price range tho lol

the idea of the twin turbo is to decrease lag over the big single, so how someone can say otherwise is beyond me

Over in the US, a 2014 GTR costs $105000 AUD, where as in Australia second hand 2009 GTR's (5 years old) are selling for the same price.
and 2013 second hand Australian GTR's r going for $180000, that's almost double what the 2014 US GTR'S retail at. The 2008 US GTR sold for just $71000 AUD!!!#! so even tho they have gone up in price over there, still heaps cheaper then here?
