    i dont really understand how it would work with a different engine....if i have a 180sx with a power fc for the sr20...can it still be used if i put a rb26 in it? or would i need a PFC for a GTR? or are the power FC's purely model specific?

    signal dont switch off because of these two little plastic/metal pin like things...it's hard to explain....but if you have stereo volume and cruise control on the steering wheel, then nothing will work. you'll have no horn, no auto signal off, no cruise control, and no volume control... if it's hicas w/o all the buttons on steering wheel. the a normal hicas boss will work. and same for non-hicas models with non-hicas boss

    what about the s13 dash? or s14? or even better....s15 dash....i think the s14 dash is perfect for the ceffiro (interms of looks)...i think i'll try to get a s13 in mine

    it's all the same...the boss kit i used on my r32 was off my first 180sx (only hicas s13 will fit skylines)....which is now on nissaner's a31. My non hicas boss kit fits also, but i couldnt be bothered to take my old steering wheel off it.
