You guys have obviously never used them because you would know the 'edge' they give. You think chalk helps? Why do you think they are banned in powerlifting? 190kg on the bar for 5 was my pb Hey don't get me wrong I'm not telling you what to do, all I'm doing is sharing what I know works for me and all the other guys I've trained heavy with in the past Anything to make lifting more comfortable and get your weights up why not utilize it?
-
Not about being weak at all, anything around 200kg and up, unless you are superman your grip will start giving up if you are doing reps It's about being smart knowing you could lift more, more safely focusing on technique of a good lift rather than worrying about dropping the bar or putting your back out. Have you guys actually tried straps? I only use them on deads and shrugs and on the heavier sets but knowing how much they actually benefit a lift wouldn't consider not using them. At the end of the day most guys here I see trying to get stronger on the deads and straps will aid that 100 percent I've been known for my forearm size by friends and gym buddies but use straps for that edge, unless you want to be a pro powerlifter I think you are mad not to use them as you can add more weight to the bar and really work the back muscles harder

Stop using chalk and a belt and watch your weights lower again... If you don't believe in equipment
-
I think you are contradicting yourself a little, you are worried about weaker muscles fatiguing before your back does yet you aren't concerned the smallest muscle which plays a big part in the dead lift letting you down Straps and suits can add a lot of weight to te bar to help increase your overall lift There's always forearm exercises that can be done... During repping sets you could get maybe another two reps or even more with straps as your pure focus is on moving the bar not holding on for dear life
-
In general not sure why anyone except guys who compete don't use straps and forearms will always fail before the back does I've always done deads last on back day as there's no energy left after them
-
Why not just you straps on heavy sets? Last thing when lifting heavy you should be concentrating on is loss of grip.

If you cut the cigarette lighter out I'm not sure how you will finish it off? I've seen online cup holders that replace the clock on the dash. The guages are 52mm and no problems with depth only height which was grinded slightly with a dremel -

5mm Mdf cut to size and shaped, then drilled with hole saw Broke one plate because there's no 'meat' left once drilled Glued vinyl on, then with a dremel had to shave the top and bottom inside the ash tray hole about 5 mm so the guages would slide in I was gonna just silcone the the back edges of the plate But because it was cut so tight it holds really when I pushed it in from the front -

What Have You Done To Your Stagea Lately?
Sisbro666 replied to Hanso's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Installed oil and boost guages today in the ash tray spot came up good What a mission though -
Just thought I'd share where I installed my boost and oil guages in my s2 after lots of scratching of the head. I wanted a factory look without guages hanging off pillars or sitting on dashes etc creating unwanted attention I ended up removing the ashtray, made a plate covered in vinyl which looks almost factory and after lots of grinding they fit perfect Unfortunately I can't post a pic for you guys maybe someone can for me if interested Thanks

Was the car cover to hide the car to come back the next day for more parts?

Sounds like the legs need more work. Rounding the back adds too much stress to the spine, way too easy to cause irreversible damage that will haunt you for the rest of your life, I have many friends in this situation.

Also see a black 33 driving over the bridge almost every day, got this little tag hanging off the rear bumper on the right side
-
Can't remember but the black 34 had an import sticker on the back and sau sticker on the side window
-
Saw a black r34 sau member driven by a chick And another chick driving a white 34 both going over the westgate bridge today at 8am

Weight means nothing, form is important. I knew a guy who had 21 inch arms I had 19 and I could curl almost double than him with the same form Some people are just stronger than others no matter what they do, comes down to genetics usually

Markos, great lifts, and again he could not continue lifting heavy like that and doing full body workouts, I'm guessing that's why he stopped doing it 3 years ago He probably had the energy in his first 3 years as no one trains intensely in their first few years, they just lift with every muscle except the one they should be using I've always trainee one or two body parts a night doing 2-3 exercises and usually 5 reps After doin squats or dead lifts there were many times I went home straight after or spent half an hour feeling sick in the car from exhaustion, so I believe if u can do squats after deads or other heavy lifts you are doing it half assed My 20c

Maybe you're routine is crap lol Sorry couldn't help myself lol

Any type of exercise will give results when first starting, lets see what happens in 5 years when the body is exhausted from that type of training I struggle to train 3 body parts let alone all of them in the same day
