Hi, i have a R32 GTS Type S and over christmas its gettin a RB20DET chucked in it from the 1992 R32 Gts-t. (sorry N/A boys, i just wanna feel boost :wassup: )
I know that the swap will work and everything and i have already arranged for my mechanic to do it, im just a little confused as to whether the car will need new compliancy.
I imported the car myself so its already been complied about 6 months ago, im just wondering that because im putting in another nissan RB20DET that comes standard do i have to do anything compliance wise, and if so, what??
I know most of u will think im stupid for not just sellin up and gettin turbo but this is a mint type S and ive grown attached over the last 6 months so i know at the end of the day it will be worth it, especially when all u turbo boys see a grey GT badge but hear the spooling of a turbo!!!!!

could be bad AFM. are u running a wet pot filter cause i have heard that wet pods can **** up AFM's on cars like skylines.

Got a mate who is bringing in two cars due to be in the country in 6 weeks.
R32 2 Door Coupe Man Turbo perfect black, not a scratch on the car, quite standard only minor exhaust upgrade, full Nissan service history sellin for 14k complied ready to register.
R32 2 Door Coupe Man Turbo Type M 17" rims, cat back exhaust, gauges and few other minor upgrades. Beatiful wine red colour. Full type M body kit. 15k complied ready to register.
Prices are extremely solid as i think u will all know that they are QUITE reasonable
Only open to Queensland (preferably brisbane, gold coast) buyers as cars are complied to Queensland standards.

Hi, im chasing a couple of things i need to do my RB20DE to RB20DET conversion.
I need a RB20DET head gasket (new or second hand but must be in good condition)
Need inlet and exhaust manifold gaskets (same again)
Standard RB20DET intercooler or cheap equivalent that would hook up easily

most books dont have part numbers for non turbo models. For example, ngk do not have plug numbers for Rb20DE only RB20DET but sure, if i find out any of the numbers ill ad them to the list

Hi guys, im just about to service my RB20DE for the first time and need a little help chasing the part numbers for a few things. Could someone be kind enough to tell me the part number for
* Oil filter
* Fuel Filter
Also, what grade of oil is suitable for a slightly modded R32. Maybe making an extra 15 to 25 kw.

Just bought a set of Platinum Plugs for my R33 RB20E, cost £60.00 !!!!
The part number was PFRG5-11, these are not iridiums, does anyone know of a reason why they should not be run in this engine ??

This may seem like a totally stupid question but i just bought my R32 RB20DE two days ago, had a good look under the bonet and i am totally stumped as to where the leads and plugs are and how to change them. Ive heard the lead is a coil over, what exactly does this mean also? sorry if i sound stupid but im new to skylines so bear with me
