Front mount intercooler are not a defect for the epa. i went to the epa for me defect day and the epa told me the FMIC are an OK dont have to take it off, i even got a front bar with the FMIC clearly seen.

i rang john and he told me i have to do a emiffions test at the rta first before and can get engineer, i call the rta and they only have the emiffions test in penrith geesss.. that far from where im from. also i have to wait until 18 december for the emiffions test, hope i dont get get defected.

i have a nissan skyline gts-t r33 that need engineer certificate on the High mount turbo, computer and other stuff i dont know. i need help where to go and what to do and how much will it cost, can anyone help me out?
