has anybody heard of that "Royal Purple oil"? If so is it any good to use on an r34 GT?

Hey guys, i don't really know all that much about cars and i recently picked up a R34 Gt, 2000 and i don't really know what the gauge with the "oil tin x Kpa" represents. really appreciate any help
