Start giving it some more revs, you don't want to baby it too much or you'll have a soft motor. I don't mean redline, but maybe 5000rpm (whats an SR Rev to?). You need to let the rings bed in over a large range of both load and RPM

You should have seen the state my XF was in when it passed RWC. My rule: Always assume a RWC is dodgy. How far out? Don't want to damage that nice new diesel. I has a timing light... somewhere... One day in the hills - run in done. Watch for speed cameras
