  1. +1 The chick on the drive through at HJs was a stunner. No desert for me though
  2. Haha does that come with a stick? @Danski, hell yeah man, it's a great ECU. Currently on the top of my list for when I finally get around to an ECU for mine. I just hate dodgy sales c*nts giving misleading information
  3. Yeah V44 with 2 extra injector outputs, and a few more inputs. None of the extra features or anything the V88 offers. Bit of a dodgy sales pitch telling you its a mix of the V44 and V88
  4. tried energex? its a good door into the industry, I know at least 3 guys doing apprenticeships there
  5. @thristan, i think shan has merged all your old posts into astrothristan2, but it hasn't updated your post count
  6. R31 House. They probably do, but you'd have to sell ur left nut to buy one.
  7. Would be interested to see this, the last test I saw rated Apexi ones as very good. Might be time to change filter, shame i can't get one of those ARC boxes for my car
  8. I think its actually Beatty Road
  9. I think that's a compliment Most people just call it an old piece of sh*t Whats included? A shell. Might even find some doors still on it . It's currently rolling, if you count 4x steelies (no tyres) on the chassis rails that it can roll back and forward on
  10. Stop going to the movies so much and buying video cameras and shit and you could probably afford it P.S. Good taste
  11. Yeah boi, assuming my car is in touge-able condition by the time it happens Got a quote to fix/modify my shocks today Cost to replace top thread - Cost to rebuild at same time - free (they have to dissasemble them anyway) Cost to revalve at same time - not much more, but then i'd really have to do the rears as well so double it Cost to shorten stroke at the same time - :(:( x 50 Car is back together now though with spare shocks and standard strut tops
  12. P.S. one of my mates has that stig helmet, but with a clear visor
  13. @Colin: bike helmets are allowed under the current regs, as long as they meet AS1698. I use one. BUT as Josh has said, they are not rated for the same kind of impacts as motorsport helmets. A new helmet for me has been long overdue, I guess that makes me a muppet I have been trying to track down solid info on what the requirements are changing to. I beleive they are dropping AS1698, and possibly a lot of the other older standards as well, and requiring a HANS device. I'm not going to buy a helmet until I know it will meet the new regs.
  14. @Brandon, I'm keen for it, would like to see what my car runs with the new donk. I had much fun in the hills of mexico on saturday for the WRC. Most of the roads were signed 'drive to suit conditions' (no speed limit) . Great twisty mountain roads down there and they are actually kind of SMOOTH (not like rubbish qld mountain roads)
  15. Yeah pretty much. Price does include runs. Be prepared to spend a long time in line ups, especially for the saturday ones.
