im pretty sure its like what wiktor said, but if you launch really hard say when dragging, and you drop it from mid range rev, you should find the boost punch up. but i think its an issue with resistance against boost, you'll notice the same with reverse.

omg - so you have no idea what all that stuff in yur car does? didn't it come with listed mods? but yeh, far out - that roll cage is nuts... and the boost controller, guage, aftermarket ECU are all really damn handy to have already done for ya... who'd u import with? is the stereo area fully empty? does it even have the factory mounting cradle inside? coz mine didn't and took me absolutely ages to source the part so i could mount my headunit into. my guess at 2 is a turbo timer of some sort although doesn't look familiar, seems the only damn mod missing inside yur car... lol. got any more pics?

hey, the other nite at princes drags i heard this black supra with some sort of BOV that was off its nuts. must've been some sort of slow slow slow slow release started loud and went pppsssshhhhtttt for ages, was mad... wondering if any of ya know any good slow-releasing BOV's that are decent? coz i wanna get an HKS ssq but they're really common now and sorta sick of hearing the same thing...

omg - well i kinda fixed mine... well sorta... me and a buddy used an external 12v supply and connected it straight to the motor for the windows... wihtout doing so, the windows were pretty much locked down and unable to be moved up, but connecting an external 12v power to the motor allowed the window to be pulled up with alot of difficulty. weird though, coz when using a multimeter to check to see if current was running through the existing connection, it showed a smooth approx. 12v or so. meaning that with all original connections there should be no reason why the windows dont work. so why the switch didn't work was beyond us? the window was only moveable when using an external 12v power source. but anyway, my windows are now about 98% up, without only a few millimeters of gap for rain water to get it, but luckily i have the rain slats over the windows. good thing i didn't take those ugly slats off... even though they're all sh!tty and faded. basically after all this bordem, my windows are almost up and completely stuck! at least i can park my car at places now. w00t~!

argh its so annoying! thanks for the input all. looks like i gotta take the door apart tommorow morning coz nothing seems to be working. far out, i got work in the afternoon and goin shopping with a girl in the morning... can't park the car with one window down!!! bloody hell...grrrRRR~!

hey guys, my passengers power window is stuck! and its stuck open! doesn't wanna close! it was playing up before like it would work on some car starts and not on others, but now, over the last 20 or so times i started the car, the window doesn't wanna work! and its stuck open! any ideas as to what i could do to get it up before ripping the door apart? its so annoying thanx!

hey, just bought all my alpine stuff and need the mounting cradle inside the DIN stereo area. anyone got one lying around for an r32 gts-t? bah its so annoying! my headunit is currently just sitting in there. :'( but yeh, looking for the factory mounting cradle for the r32. nissan says it'll take till mid-jan to order one in, wreckers dont seem to have any, and car audio shops tell me to piss off... *sniff... thanx guys!

hey guys, i'll be getting my r32 gts-t tommorow and registering the day after! okay, gimmie some tips on what the first things i should do to it. starting with the stuff i can do on the first day in the garage, and then stuff that involves money. e.g. reset ecu, gut the cat, get small gap plugs... etc. then up the exhaust, slap on a boost controller... etc. currently, its a red r32 gts-t, gtr front kit (400r style) and side skirts, adjustable suspension front and rear, strut braces back and front, modded exhaust system (but not big enough or loud enough for my liking ), hks air filter... and the rest is stock. i'll post up some pictures very very soon! (good way for me to test out my new phone - GD88 digital camera phone. its about time! SKYLINE BABY YEAH! edit: *bloody phone almost cost me as much as the car!!

hey, this is a little off topic. but the guy a few streets down had one of the new 350z sitting in his garage. currently, there are five z350's in melbourne. this guy works for nissan and has to break them in by testing them and clocking a certain number of km's before it's put up for display. lucky him, it was black in colour and incredible sexy. but yeh, he's returned it now, but seeing one on the road and in the flesh was truly amazing. he's already got one ordered for when they come in retail. lucky him, he already owns an s15, r33, x-trail and often has nearly every other nissan on his driveway for a day or two. no fair!
