  1. The R32 GTR only has the aerial connection through the front window screen, i had made up a dogy plug and installed it to the back of my deck, this works fine. The connection for the plug comes from the left hand side of the car i think. good luck
  2. Thanks for all the info!! It would be sweet to get hold of a secondhand block, even out to 87mm ( good bore )would be sweet but my efforts in tying to get hold of one have proved fruitless! To use 88mm pistons and then to shave the block/head would be the go. I also had bad scoring on 2 and 4 bores that might clean up at 87.5 but i am still left with a floged out number 5!!!! I have not ket priced up a full resleve. I can get the JE Forged Pistons for $1600 custom made wich i did not think was too bad, I have to weight up the best way to go
  3. The 3lt kit would be awsome!! but the whole lack of money problem is the issue!! I will try the JE pistons for fit thanks
  4. I had a failure on number 5 big end (not alot of fun) ,so i strip down the engine to then find that my bores are 87mm and are badly scored! they will clean up at 88mm (wich will reduce the block strengh and limit horse power) but then the next problem is that i need to find a good set of forged pistons that retain the 8.5:1 commpression ratio. I since then have found out the ARIAS piston do not go out to 88mm. WISCO made a 88mm but reduce the commpression and are of unkown quailty. Can any recconmend what i can do?? thanks :freak:
  5. do you still have that block for sale or is it gone??
  6. Not what you want to pay but I have a remapped PROGRESS ECU for r32 gtr. You can have That for $400 if you want.
  7. if you are chasing a new ecu I have a mines original ecu for $500. This ecu has been proof dynoed on STT Performance in perth and runs 18 psi sweet!!
  8. you can get whats called a 'bonded washer' i use these in the hydraulic indusry. they have a rubber seal on the inside of a steel ring. they seal any flat surface with out tighting it to much!!
