The only time i have ever raced like full on seriously was a motor bike that was about 5 years old. I had a full car load and it was about the 3rd week i had my car and 4 sets of lights in a row we took each other on (level up until about mid-2nd where i kept going hard and he literally stood still). He was trying so hard in the end that he musta let the clutch out too quickly and the hole front end bunny hopped and he launched off the seat and nearly over the handle bars. The next set of lights he congradulated me on a smooth car and turned off a side street.

My previous owner used Motul Oils, when i recently did an oil/filter changed i used Castrol Magnatec and i can't notice any difference (just from driving). I drive start/stop 5km to work and also do easy 200km weekends (sometimes an hour at a time driving) and i can't feel any different in heat or performance etc. Motul = ~$60 Castrol = ~$25 Thats from my non-mechanical point of view. Although if i found Motul at a local shop i certainly would have been buying that instead just for piece of mind.

18-25 PSI of boost ??? :crazy: Geeeeezus I get scared on stock boost when im getting up it let alone when i flick the switch to 12psi and here u are about to run double.

Im going to the daytime EC Karts (Proper Grand Prix style Racing on the 13hp's). If im still able to walk/move after 4hrs of racing ($170) i'll meet up at BK if i can't then i'll get someone to give me a call when ur on ur way to EC Karts (Im from Penrith - 15mins the other way - Yeah thats right... you guys are WestSide but im WestSiiiiiiiide). Oh and if i manage to roll some poor kid to pay for another round of karts at the night session with u guys u better watch out coz i'll've had 4hrs practice only hours earlier

Hi-flow cats are about $500 right ? Are they really worth the extra free flow ? What sorta extra power could be expected ? Im seriously on the market for a dump pipe + front pipe and depending on price/performance a hi-flow cat. I got my mate to cut some laps in my car tonight in a new built industrial area and got a fat wanger just listening to him go up thru 1st 2nd 3rd, I cant wait to hear it with the front section done (if their is any difference) :whackit:

Yeah Prank its Jon ive known him for quite a number of years he lives just around the corner from me, top bloke and he gives up alot of time for datnet so it would be great to help him out also. I'm gonna head down with Datnet. Alittle earlier yes but hey i want time to mingle help with the bbq etc last time i went down i broke apart from you guys, spent an hour driving around trying to find somewhere to park, an hour waiting for u guys, had lunch and came home. Would rather get down right on midday have some lunch sit around take aheap of pics etc and then afew hours later just cruise back casually. If ya's want to meet up down there with me and datnet then just following the .doc instructions i posted above theirs a free bbq and all are invited.

I think we have 20 as it is not only that but theirs always friends of friends, SAU wont let u down

Guys i've now got the day off and some mates from another car club (www.datnet.org) are also cruising down to the Gong area, although they are extremely organised and also include a free BBQ for lunch. Info can be found >HERE< i've only been on 1 cruise with them in a mates car around 2yrs ago and had a ball. You guys might want to meet up with them down there as they seem to have everything covered ! If you do then please let me know so i can let the guy in charge know (lives round the corner) so he can prepare the sudden influx of Skylines for the BBQ and stuff. I'm sure it would be great for SAU to mix with other car clubs not only that but these guys are decent and its also a mix of different cars. Basically they are all meeting up at Narrellan McDonalds at 10:30am and then cruising down Appin Rd to Port Kembla

bahhh just get a nice recaro or momo seat its only -alittle- bit more expensive

Any news after ur upgrades Brendan ? Im wanting to get the front pipes of my car done and after not being able to find anyone decent in my area i think im gonna have to travel to Hills and wait 8mths to get it looked at. Damnit i got the money now grr

Oh man i wish i could find a workshop that actually knew what they were on about. Midas had no idea and told me to come back next tuesday when their "exhaust specialist" would be in and Muffler man just told me to go and see a turbo shop. ARGH maybe i should just walk in somewhere with a $50 note glued to my head so that they realise im serious.
