A friend of mine just got his stock R33 GTS-T serviced by a company listed above. $170 odd for an overall check, new oil filter + oil and i think that was about it. If you want my advice do the following at home Oil Filter Oil Fuel Filter Clean AirPod. It will cost you about $70-80 for parts and about 2hrs of your time. And probably save you around $150-200 in labour.

hahah at BK last Saturday with the Westside boys there was a commonwhore that had a truck intercooler. This thing was the biggest intercooler ive ever seen on my life. You could disconnect it while at the beach and use it as a surf board it was just massive. He seemed to be getting quite abit of attention, i dont know if it was coz people thought it was fully sic or they just thought he was a knob hah. I have no idea what size mine is but i know its large enuff (and not aligned in the middle properly arggh)

Ok guys i've sorta not taken any notice of this thread over the last 2-3wks but ....... COUNT ME IN Myself and knat had a company day out at the Wilberforce Go-Karts and had an absolute ball, the only problem was the karts were dodgy (and only the 8-9hp karts) so hopefully EC has decent karts. Believe it or not i get more scared racing around on go-karts then i do weaving in/out of traffic on the freeway @ 190km/h so if you see a dude with P plates on its me :headbang: $170 it is just means i wont be competing in the Oran Park Track Day just a spectator.

Go and buy a bottle of spray and keep it on the glovebox. I give 2 squirts every couple of days (the spray that is) just to keep it fresh. Almost every single person i know that has been in my car or sat in it comments on the smell (the flavour is vanilla and cost me about $5 12mths or more ago). Thanks heaps to Mat the previous owner for keeping my car in A1 condition its really appreciated.

I munched a Ford Falcon GT (no idea what model but it was very nicely worked looking at a website it looks like an XY). Cruising on the Hume Hwy back from the summernats just casually sitting on 100km/h with traffic infront and behind. Falcon cruises up beside, windows down 4 x 25yr oldish guys all looking at me and talking amongst themselves. I've got my windows up a/c on 20c and sitting low just relaxing because of the 2.5hr drive. The drive gave afew revs at me and i looked over and just gave a smile then continue driving for about 10sec, then they gave another rev (still at 100km/h). I thought ok only way to shut up this guy is to give him a run so i sneakily leaned over and thru it back in 4th (still on stock boost) and then just flatted it. He launched with me and i pulled approx 2 car lengths on him by the time i hit the speed limiter. I merged over infront of him to overtake other cars while backing off. By the time i slowed back down to approx 130km i noticed a cop reversing into position in the middle island part getting ready to setup. I thanked my lucky stars (with a grin on my face) and the Falcon GT guys left me alone for the remaining 1hr highway journey.

I have an R33 with stock turbo + Nismo 3" Cat-back exhaust. Can someone -please- give me an exact URL of exactly what front section of my exhaust i need to replace the standard section ? I have absolutely no idea what i need, where to get it done and how much it'll cost but i -do- want to get it done very soon.

Sounds very suspicious to me. Im sure they must legally write the ticket there and then (someone want to verify this??). Actually i'll ask all my cop friends. My ex-gfs sister is a highway patrol and she -always- said to ask the officer to -see- the speed you were clocked at (as in physically get out and look in their car), they have to let you. She then went on to explain that 50% are exactly like the case above "ahh we caught you doing blah speed here's your ticket" when infact they didnt at all. I've only been pulled over once, i think it was about 58ish in a 50 zone (absolutely stupid road for a 50 zone) i was following 2 other cars and im sure if i continued driving and someone else stopped they woulda just got that car instead as their is no 'proof' as to whom of the 3 cars they actually clocked. I copped it clean and moved along as i was on my way to a club. Edit: I'd really like to get a book or something on our rights on the road for things like this. I'd really to show up a Copper on his own job.

Last night at Team Westside there was a car load of decent gals in a WRX. My next misses has gotta have a decent performance car, its such a turn on that not only do they have good taste and the balls to drive a high performance car but actually -know- how to drive., Currently the only female driven car im happy to be driven in are by my mum and my 17yr old sister (i trust her more than my dad with 30yrs experience). Any other women i just look out the passenger window and pray that it will be over soon or shut my eyes and yell lalalalalallala

My wheel has a rattle in it so if u do eventually work out how to take the stupid thing off post back so i can do it to mine. I think i'll just get a Momo Racer

My god what a turnout. Easily the biggest we have had. I arrived at 9:30pm thinking i was late and was getting ready to leave when 2 or 3 other cars showed up. 20mins later the -entire- carpark was full. Some nice cars and cool people.

any idea on HKS POD Filters ?

Just changed my Fuel filter. Took me about 15mins and i didnt even spill that much fuel. (Left car sit for 2hrs) I've got some Wynn's Injector Cleaner which i'll add tonight before my next tank of petrol and then see how we go. I have some pictures of the dirty Fuel Filter.

Fix your boost leak and chuck it on 8psi and let us know. Their is no handbook that tells us what can beat what.

Here is the scan of my dyno graph. I've noticed down the bottom that it was done in 'shootout mode' i have no idea about this sort of stuff but maybe it makes my figures higher or something. Although i did get dyno'd with 20 other Skylines. Dyno Graph I believe the reason for my pinging (only noticable by the dyno guy with a headset thingy on) was coz i was using 95RON fuel and 10,000km old oil. (Both since changed) and it was also the 1st time i had used 12psi in around 12 weeks.

Just as a guide: '95 GTS-T, 65,000km Cat back 3" exhaust FMIC HKS Pod Filter 2 Stage boost controller Stock ECU 168rwkw @ 7psi 192rwkw @ 12psi (minor pinging) I've been told by many people that the most restrictive part of the exhaust system is the front section. Im thinking of getting that done next and then a PowerFC. Hope it helps...

Get it dyno'd before and after and post some results.

HSVKLR i actually meant the little Autobahn type alarms with the little hand controller thing that tells u if ur alarm has been set off, doors are open, windows up etc NOT the Satellite tracking.

I too have been thinking of the radio type alarms but i wouldn't buy 1 unless i could see how effective it is. No point in buying it if you can get a signal from 100m away with 5 brick walls.
