used it on the blades, it didnt attract it, it pushed it away...

He doesnt know what engine he has, he just knows its an rb25.. so its' kinda hard to find out what this is,

the compressor blades were steel

Hi guys, I went and looked like what I thought was an rb25 turbo...but it's not ceramic?? I haven't got a clue what this is, I wrote down what I could off the turbo, it had 45V4, 9238 and 2IU engraved on it. Also nissan, If someone could get to me on this soon that would be greatly appreciated. He has another buyer and wants an answer today. Thanks, Sean

Not sure about skylines, but It could be the cold start valve, had same problem on my old 280zx, and I replaced it. Problem fixed

yeah, well I bought mine for $2200... mind you, it had no gearbox, engine or interior :headspin: It should be complete for under $12k which i'm happy dosh out for what I get out of it. That's just me though.
