  1. dude they look exactly the same as the pair of N1 turbos i fitted to my gtr,

check the spacing of the oil drain flange bolts,

the genuine n1's are the same as stock, R34 n1s are slightly wider bolt spacing, only 5mm but different.

Well, I used the drains from my stock turbos because he gave me his turbos with no components on them, ie. actuators, drains, line feeds, etc.....

  2. What's up mates. I recently had a rear turbo grenade on me about 4 months ago while driving to work one day on my R32 RB26DETT engine. Well, I had a bloke that bought an RB26DETT engine from an importer here in the States. The engine was slightly modified, having wire taps on the harness, aftermarket FPR, R34 valve covers, etc. Anyways, I ended up buying his set of turbos from him. I was in the middle of installing them when I noticed something peculiar about them. On my stock turbos, IN A/R is 0.42 and the EX A/R is I think 0.48 if I can see my pictures clear enough. Well, the "stock" turbos I bought from my friend are different. They read IN A/R of 0.60 and EX A/R of 0.64. Side by side they are obivously larger, especially on the turbine side. Judging by what little research I did, I am thinking they are N1 turbos, but I am not sure, and if they are, I am not sure from what chassis, ie. R32, R33, or R34. I went ahead and installed both of them anyways. I feel like I am making a little more power at the same boost level of 13lbs, and it is of course taking a wee-little bit longer to spool. I have taken a few photos and I am wondering what you think. What are these turbos and what max PSI do you think I can run on them? Thanks all.

  3. Hey everyone. I am installing a set of Jun 10.8mm Lift, 272 Duration Cams onto my RB26 (being fully built). Now, in dealing with this "higher" lift of these cams. Will the valves clear my CP pistons? I know all about everything else and clearances and things that need to be done with the rest of the engine, but in discussing this to my significant other, I am confused. Will the higher lift cause interference between the CP piston crown and the valve? And please don't chime in unless you have valid information to give me. And don't say, "HAH, how can it if the valves are closed and the piston is at TDC." What I am referring to is when the piston is approaching TDC and the valve is closing, and vice versus when the piston is moving away from TDC and the valve is opening, will my valves strike my piston crowns without modifications? If you need any more information, please ask and I will provide. Thank you all...... :D

  4. Looking for the e-brake cables! And will pay ASAP with PayPal or whatever you want......Please let me know. Thanks.

Well, I have an S14. S14s can use the R33 e-brake cable setup, and S13s need the R32 or Z32 e-brake cable setup. I happen to have a set of Z32 e-brake cables, but they are WAY too short for the S14. But they fit perfect on the S13. Interested lol? Maybe a mutual swap and I will pay you still........

  5. Looking for a good condition R33 GTR Dash Cluster. Kms does not matter. Please post here/email me. Shipping this to United States, no problem for you. Just drop off at your local mailing depot, I cover all shipping costs. Thanks.....

  6. Ok, here we go.

I am hooking up the knock/detonation harness on my 94 R32 RB26 motor. There are a total of six plugs. Two knock sensor plugs, two AAC plugs, an oil temp sensor plug, and an unaccounted for plug.

This one plug has a single light green and red stripe wire going to it and that is it. I cannot see where this plug goes for the life of me. Any help on this would be greatful. Thanks all.

  7. I am ABOUT to purchase an R32 1994 RB26DETT Engine, with everything on it.

Now, we all know that most, if not all, R32 RB26DETT engines almost require a crankshaft collar to be installed for proper oil cooling (or something in that nature). You WANT to do this before you put the motor back in.

Now, I was talking to my guy I am buying the motor from, whom I truely trust, but I want to confirm this.

He said that because this is a Kouki (or something like that) late R32, 1994 exactly, it has a R33 crankshaft in it already from the factory, therefore it does not need a crankshaft collar. Is this true?

Any help/insight into this would be great. Thanks all so much.

  8. Hi mate, I've still got my gearbox. Did you find out how much freight would be?

Hey Man, I've PMed you a few times, but I guess you never got them. I cannot find a freight company because the internet is being gay here because of Hurricane Frances. Do you know of any? I'll try FedEx and UPS to see about them since I know transmissions can be shipped via them. Thanks again.

Also, any good deals on the price lol?

  9. I am located here in the States (USA). I ABSOLUTELY need an RB25DET 5-speed Manual Tranny/GearBox. I am prepared to pay the freight fees, all you have to do over packing it is take it to the best freight company near you. I can you in a various amount of ways, just let me know. Thanks in advance.

BTW, it can be from any R32-R33-R34, just as long it is RWD. Thanks.
