  1. so what would be better rb26dett box or a rb25det box with an auto diff any problems fiting the gtr box apart from removing the transfer case

  5. if i have an R33 Gts-t series 2 auto and an R32 Gts-t auto can a manual gearbox be put into both with out any mods apart from cluch, cluch kit and gear box?????
  6. aarrhh !!!!!!! ok the plug and the coils are coming now. shit tin the idea of a Z32 afm and i guess i will have to lower the boost to about 9psi if nothing fixes it and save up for a safc thanks for all your replys guys much appreciated

  8. what if i change the afm to a bigger diameter and power range will this solve my problem
  9. where can i find a cheep safc robo realy where can i find one ? Ill try gapping them down again to .70 see what happens
  10. true there should not be a fuel cut or a boost limter at 10 psi i have an after market air filter and a cat back exaust would this have any efect to other systems to cause this problem thanks for your replys guys keep them coming
  11. the story is like this my r33 gts-t s-2 orignaly had a problem of mis fireing at 5000 rpm i gapped the plugs down and eliminated the problem. irecently baught a single stage boost controller and upped the boost to approx 10 psi the orignal problem is back with slight stammering at 5000rpm onwards if i gapp the plugs in more will this solve the problem or is this a cause of the fuel thining out to much and need to decrese the boost i need some constructive imput guys

  13. i have an rb25det sump can i use the pickup out of the rb26dett for this mod and to mfx-r33 it would be a fifteen year old engine but i would install new rings,head gasket bearings if stuffed and take a good look at the turbos or exchange them for refurbed ones
  14. yea it's an R33 GTS-t one more question is there a huge power gain doing this mod from a standard GTS-t thanks for your help all you guys much appreciated
  15. thanks heaps guys i have looked at the rb30 conversion thread and have decided to put the rb26dett in simply because its to much stuff around finding and altering far to many parts wich leads me to these questions is the rb26dett a strait fit to the gear boxes in a gts-t what about the wireing to the speedo and revs from the rb26dett ecu and what about the engine mounts arnt they diffrent is there some adapters for this application. lots of questions i know but im sure you guys can make me think of lots more with your replys
  16. now now children i am 27 years old and remember a red r32 skyline gtr ziping it's way around a track in oz by some fellas by the name of skafe and richards or was that another australia any way this isnt on the topic and i could go on this for hours so the conclusion is rb26dett rwd in the gts-t would be the best or would it ?????????????? what about rb30 conversion or just to much stuff around
  17. so no to the 4wd part would it be better to put an rb26dett or an rb30 with the rb26det head for a rwd application ps thanks for all of the helpfull replys other fourms just speek crap eg the nz ones
  18. what parts are needed to put an RB26DETT 4 wheel drive in to a R33 GTS-T apart from engine,gearbox,loom,ecu, i guess what i am trying to say is what little fiddlie bits do i need like may be engine mounts or suspension parts to make it front wheel drive need some help guys !!!!
