Anyone to sort thisout ??

Hello everyone, I drive 250 GT 2007,Centre speaker in dash makes popping sound when you push the start button wait under 3 seconds and start the car.It happens quite often when car has been driven for about 10-15 minutes,I believe it happens more often when car gets hotter by running engine or parked in direct sunlight. The funniest thing is it doesn't make popping sound if i start my car by putting my foot on brake nd start straight,but if i wait till all the lights comes on in the cluster it makes popping sound,If i wait more than 10 seconds after lights has come up then again it doesn't make that sound i wanna know if this problem is factory or if i am the who has experienced this ???

does any drives base model 250 GT ??? If yes i have got a question Has anyone ever heard a popping sound coming from speaker in centre of the dash. ??????????

Mirrors are fixed as well apparently there is a button by my right knee that was turned off,So its all good now.

yes they have fixed idle apparently after too much drama,but nissan wudn't tell me what they did to fix my car.They said they just gathered some information and ran a diffrnt programme and its fixed now.Now idle sits around 700-800.Before my car used to vibrate when i wait on lights now its all good..

Thanks colin for one touch ,i tried it yesterday these steps easy as .It works now ,as you said about retractable mirrors lets see what the car dealer says i am going there tommorow and i will see what they say

i know scotty i am giving my car back to get it fixed properly if they can't do it, i m gonna get some other car.Really hard to deal with these people.Would you be able to help me out here,i wanna get my car lowered a little bit shud i go for springs or coils ??? Any suggestions would be gr8

they have just re adjusted the idle problem and gven back to me which took them 3 weeks.Now the car is with me they have put dent in mycar,retractable mirrors doesnt work when i put car into reverse and the passenger window doesnt go up with one touch.( So much hassle )

they never told me anything the car was at nissan through the cardealer i bought car from,so i rung nissan up and asked them what exactly they have done to the car.Man who answered my call he was pretty grumpy,he was we gathered bit of information and bits and pieces so your car is fixed and sorry we cant tell you anymore about ur car.

Hey just a question do u own a 250 gt Or 350 gt, I wanna know about where the idle shud sit when engine is warm ?

i dont understand what they are trying to say now nissan says my car is fixed.I dont what they have done with it to make it okay without having any of the new parts.

hey scotty they dont let me see what the actual problem is,firstly problem was low idle when engine is warmed up.Idle used to stay below 700 RPM.So Car Dealer's Mechanic tried to fix that problem.He Cleaned TB's and he sprayed some CFC i heard which made MAF sensors gone funny or something that what i have heard.Then they took car to Nissan dealership to get that fixed ,Nissan tried to update the ECU which they couldn't get file from Japan.Then they asked for a new ECU,car dealer people bought from wrecking nissan in japan.They gave it to nissan when it arrived to put it in and fix the car.Last thursday nissan tried to fix it but they couldn't.Now nissan says they need Brand New ECU and TB's as well to fix that problem but they are not 100% sure.

Pretty rough IDLE, RPM range is jumping around between 1000-2000 when its idle

Hello All Just an update on this dealer bought second hand ECU to fix my car which arrived last weekend.Nissan was hoping by replacing it problem will go away.But today i got an update throttle body and ecu codes doesn't match.So they need two brand new throttle bodies and brand new ecu. Anyone knows will this work or not ????

hey i just got an update this morning they have ordered a New ECU from japan which will be arriving anytime coming week or may be weekend so i wll see what they do and how the car goes i wll keep you guys updated

yea there is one available in nz,someone is wrecking a car i think it 2007 as well so it wudn't be a fix ,they wll have to buy a new one which nissan mechanic said wll be atleast 2k ,they will be ordering from japan.I said to the manager abt the price its gonna cost them they said dey dont care about the money they wll buy one for my car.I wll keep u guys updated if i get some news on monday.

Yea dats what scotty said earlier Cleaning TB is gonna make worse the problem thats what it did,but i wll leave the dealer to get it fixed now cz i had enough of his drama.. Cheers for ur information anyways

I think dats what they will have to do as well for my car,cz if u cudnt get update from Infiniti Australia.There is no way they can get here as well.They might endup buyin another ECU used one or may be brand new.Looking forward to get my car back its been two weeks now.hopefully good news gona come towards coming monday fingers crossed ....

hey scotty car was at dealer's mechanic first he tried to solve that problem so he did cleaning,when it got out of his hands he gave up and reffred to Nissan and he has made that problem even worse before i could drive my car,Now i can't even drive.Sick of this LOAN car they hve given me ,Hopefully something will workout my way coming week

BIG DRAMA Car was booked in at NISSAN by cardealer where i bought car from,When i got there at NISSAN dealership the guy who is working on my car said he is keep sending request to Nissan to get software update but frm japan they are not releasing.Now he said to wait till monday to hear from them they have requestd again.Otherwise they have got the part no which is brand new ICU,they wll have to buy.Cz cleaning throttle body has caused trouble to car which is wen dey start the car its playing up with RPM,it keeps playing between 1100-1900 range its not stable any advise what to do ??? I have asked for a refund for my car but manager says plz give us time to sort this out.

Lets See first what they come up with today hopefully i wll get informed tommorow,If yes i wll ask them for a file and keep you guys updated
