What do I need to do to be able to attend this meet I'm not a member of any car club and I don't have a cams license

i have a set of volk te37 rt rims and tyres for sale the rims are 18 x 10.5 with 18 offset the pcd is 114.3 they are wrapped in falken k452 275/35/r18 tyres ive bought these brand new and driven home from tyre place im selling these as i dont like the color now simple iv regretted the color vehicle does not get driven until these sell as i want to keep them in new condition im looking for $3000 for these u can contact me on 0400524976
