Yes but from fluid dynamics, the longer the pipe the more the pressure drop.

I will take the mines baffles if you would like to split them from the camcovers?

Have you considered pressure drop due to the length of the lines if you put the tank in the boot? Try and get the tank fitted in the engine bay if possible?
