yep f@cking sh!ts me that there are people like that out there...i probably will never find out who did it, but i will now never go to Whitfords city underground parking again! will take my car to the panel beaters on monday and find out what the damage is going to be

man that game drives me nuts..best i could get was 12.37..i give up now

WGMG.. some little small d!ck of a human being that decided that my bonnet wasnt good enough and all it needed was a figure 8 scratched into it.. my bonnet is screwed because of some f@ckin lowlife that has no respect... just hope i dont find out who it is cause ill probably end up on a breaking news bulletin

well some little sh!t has vandalised my bonnet. ..have got a nice mark on my bonnet now.. some little asswipe scratched what looks a little like a figure8 into my car its got lots of scratches looks like it was done with a scourer or something will have to take it to the panel beaters on monday and see if its going to be as easy as using a compound to get rid of it or whether this will result in a new resprayed bonnet the only positive is that i know a panel beater so hopefully it wont charge me a thing or will be very little $$ i cant believe people are that disrespectful and how they dont give a sh!t..i was at the shop for at max 30mins and some little ass wipe, probably on school holidays or some immature person thinks im going to write on their bonnet...i rang westfield where i was and told them what had happened realising that they have no liability but i think they need to increase security..and the lady told me that she got complaints over peoples cars were broken into or that had scratches been done to them aswell:( so for all you guys that are in WA, be very careful parking underground at whitfords

no dramas dale...i think it will be an annual thing with us as well...the christmas lights the excitement its sooo worth it maybe make it a cruise for all of us to join in on as for the cruise...YES its happening, if your coming Wicked if your not your fault just teasing we will be starting at the train station near south street at 10am...(northies we should all meet at hillarys for a drive down there together>???) cruise will leave through the hills/perth roads, etc for a cruise, we will have to stop at chocolate factory and then head to a bbq lunch at whiteman park if there are places people want to go to throw me a name and ill see if we can input it into the map

hahaha i wasnt suppose to say anything but................ the wire he connected it to was labelled "speed wire"..i pointed the label out to him and i couldnt stop laughing oh well i couldnt have done it my self so im greatful that i have a radio, it works when i plant my foot down and that he did it for me we all make mistakes and were not perfect but it sure was funny seeing the wire labelled ya brett

Hi Guys/Gals Quick question ( i hope), hubby recently installed one of those 10Mhz FM Radio Convertors into my Stag... found a problem with it this morning.. the FM convertor works all the time when the car is in "park"... the problem is when you put the car in drive it still works until you put your foot on the accelerator then it turns off... although in park/reverse its fine.... I dont think its a short otherwise it shouldnt work at all... Its strange but its like there isnt enough power under load???? Suggestions??? has hubby connected something incorrectly or forgotten something??? any ideas would be helpful before we pull it apart again to find the fault :confused:

my hubby just put the fm converter in my car yesterday...only had the car 5months oh the joys having the radio on and not having to listen to the cds all the time the test will be when driving around where i get sh!tty reception

well i was thinking of a start at 10ish??? at south street.. that way we should be at whitemans for the bbq at lunchtime this "cruise" will be more a drive then the last , cause the last was a meet and greet not really a cruise

are we still cruising on the 11th of Feb..and if so is everyone still interested???????

all i can say is what a bloody mess of a thread, im sure this is not what the guy wanted to a simple question and here is my rant importing your own vehicle is for some people and not for others...if you want to import your own, good on you, thats your decision and you obviously have looked into doing this for sometime and given it alot of thought! for those who want a car that they can see, test drive, get checks and have piece of mind then buying direct from a dealer is a good choice as well for THEM! John im glad to see that you have such an excellent Japan connection that you constantly keep going on about, i would suggest other people that have imported have thought highly of the people that they have dealt with as well otherwise they wouldnt have started looking at importing their own car either! If you have a good customer base and are happy with the service and their honesty then importing is made easier because of your agent! At the end of the day Dervish didnt ask about importing or what our opinions of mark ups, or compliance he asked us about our opinion of the car he is looking at..for me i say that car is a nice looking car, nice kit, interior looks neat and tidy, comparing the kms to those in a japan auction they seem high but this car has probably travelled around 19000kms a year which in Australia is within the average kms a year for travel! You might find that you can bargain them down quite a bit as a few members off here have managed to do with their cars! If you like it Dervish my suggestion is this : if you are not comfortable with importing your own, which clearly you said your folks were not trusting of the net..make sure you do all the checks possible and if this is the car for you then grab it just like anyone else would if they saw a car in the japan auctions! At the end of the day, they can dribble sh!t in here but you have to enjoy, like your car and be comfortable with what you decide! If this is the car for you then grab and if not then keep in mind the private sales as well...GOOD LUCK CHAMP
