just figured how to adjust dampening, why would it be useless?
-
bought a set of 4 brand new ksports coilovers for a very cheap price it would of been easier if it camer with an instructions manual anyway i installed them though my ride is extremely stiff is there an adjustment for this?
-
ah i didnt notice any leaks before topping the oil up, hoping thats the case also
-
oh.. yeah well i can say i did overfill the oil going to do an oil change tomorrow anyway with something thicker 20w-50 ill see how i go with that and the new catchcan
-
yeah i know what he's asking but what would that have anything to do with the problem im having
-
dont see how this would matter iv got the can replaced now should i do a leakdown or compression test to be sure?
-
i bought the car recently im asuming it was like that when i got it i did a oil refill few weeks ago & checked now its still full though im pretty scared about the leak can running high boost be a factor in this?
-
iv just realised the left front of my car is drenched in engine oil & the leaks coming from my catch can which also feels very heavy so iv bought a new one and going to get it replaced should i be worried?
-
how would these compare to the r33's stock one
-
my r33 has an 3 inch exhaust system though with king low springs, muffler sits at about 8cm off the ground i need to get roadworthy so i put stock springs back in & now its sitting at 10.7cm just barely legal.. iv measured the ride height from center of wheel to guard and with stock springs its 365mm which is about right how do you guys manage to lower your car with your exhaust but still legal hieght? iv even asked an exhaust specialist to tuck my exhaust up abit they said theres like 1cm between the muffler and diff everything is legal when on king lows just the rear end of exhaust is the problem
-
im located in 3630 area, no shipping i can pickup if not too far
-
replaced rotors was a piece of cake with the bolts, still not sure why rears dont spin though
-
yeah car was jacked up from diff also have lsd not sure if that can cause rotor to hardly move with so much force and im 100% poisitive i loosend right way as i was losening it was getting easier to spin the adjuster but the rotor was still firm anyway ill see how i go tommorow didnt have the time today
-
hmm could be the case especially for both rotors? are you sure i just don't need to loosen ebrake any further from elsewhere plus pretty positive previous owner did abuse this car, though it does seem the ebrake doesn't go any tighter or looser when adjusting it around, takes alot of strength to spin rotor just 1cm i just bought the screws now, im going to give it ago tomorrow
-
yeah ofc the handbrake wasn't engaged while i was working on rotors
-
i was doing my rotors other week did the front but the rears just didnt come off now i want to give it another shot instead of taking it in to the mechanics. i did loosen the handbrake all the way down with a screwdriver through the rotor but the rotor was still extremely hard to spin anyway tried banging it with a mallet and no luck what so ever im guessing my handbrake is still too tight despite loosening it, what should i do to loosen it further?
-
cant seem to find anything about it but how would i remove the bonnet release lever of a r33 ? im referring to the latch beside the steering wheel
