just received brake shims for my r33 though theres little clips that im not sure of where they go on the brake assemby you can see the clips im reffering to in the left corner of this photo http://i.imgur.com/6Q3P4rG.jpg

im aware its venting to atmo, so hooking it back to oil intake will stop the smoking?

yeah definitely car isn't with me till Monday so no photo but heres an example

its not hooked to intake though just a breather, i think it might be due to a small kink in the breather hose ill check it out when i have the car back

so i hooked everything up correctly and now noticed smoke coming out from exhaust pipe?

i have k sports coilovers in mine and passed roady

yeah that is exactly what ill be doing after i get ahold of the fittings and hoses

not to sure as none of the oil went back in to the can lol but i only get it when im boosting really aggressively

ah i see this whole thing is plumbed incorrectly then and despite the several mechanics i went to about it didnt mention anything even though the breather is before the catchcan wouldn't the can at least catch something other side of rocker cover? i have a feeling the can might be installed incorrectly by the mechanic too lol just figured that the breather/filter i was confused about was there to vent gases/oil to atmosphere instead of the intake

iv had cases of oil leaks before but asumed it was leaking from the oil catcher though i did get that replaced now i noticed theres still leaks but its not coming from the catcher but from some sort of filter under the pod i think its a breather ? iv attached a picture of how my catchcan settup is and where the leaking is from (brown shading represents oil leaks) http://i.imgur.com/P3jxTH7.png the catchcan itself seems literally empty my question is why isnt the catchcan catching the oil? but passing down through the breather

i was after YOUR opinions though when i mention it failing i guess everyones opinions turned biased now lol that wasnt the point though, was curious which guideline it fails under though that has been answered by jiffo

just came to mind that awhile ago someone telling me one of the headlight covers werent in properly but i secured it back on and as far as i remember im pretty sure i tested the lights which was fine and its the same headlight which isnt working now lol.. i have pretty much everything in my toolbox but no diagnostic tools for electrical work.. ill just take it in to my mech to have a look at before i fit new bulbs in & order some tools! the car is an R33 gtst

about a month ago i replaced all my high beam low beam and parker globes just recently i noticed my right side low and high beams not working at all no idea what is goin on, could someone enlighten me on what the cause could be for this for this ? i had my front bar removed could water somehow got in the lights while it was raining?

Thats what i thought and yeah that wont be a problem the one im after is ADR aproved with a horn pad

So the steering wheel on my 93 r33 is pretty worn out & considering to replace with an aftermarket one this might be a stupid question, i know its not legal to replace an airbagged wheel with a non bagged one but how will police or who ever inspecting know exactly it had airbags from factory?

i use a semi synthetic 20/50 for mine

yeah i just shoved it behind the back seat now

its a 33, so it just gos behind the seatback its not meant to clip in to something yeah the 2 clips in the seatback are already in

so its been over a month since the rear seats been out now im gonna have to put them back in for rw just wondering were this clip on the bottom seat gos in? does it just go behind the rear seats or is it supposed to go in something?

damn so no what adjustment its still gonna be way too stiff? ill probably just put my kings back in tommorow

spring rates are "70.5 - 180 - 10kg" its currently at the 1st click for dampening (lowest/softest) but i think rides pretty hard because its too low of a setting ill have to play around with it right after i put in this catback also could i change the springs with kings or would that just mess the whole thing up?

well ill see how i go, it probably wont be till the weekend till i take the time to adjust hieght and dampening due to work
