Heat massage ? Also I find deep heat or soaked your body a in cold water, icy cold help the blood circulation, especially if your muscle sore after workout
  13. say yours is 72kg that's not bad for a guy , 80kg is prob a good / ideal weight for a guy ( not fats weight , Muscle weights I meant ) it's not too late for you to change it back into your healthy range, just discipline. I enjoyed my daily morning cardio before my brain goes crazy at work , i find cardio helped with my stress level hahahahaha . Oh mind I asked what happened to your back and knee injury ? Car or motorbike accident ? Have you got it check ?   16. I don't think I've lost that much - but yes until today I still have people commenting on how much I've lost. Hubby reckon I'm being a girl paranoid about my weights , truth he don't understand , I've been there [emoji28]
