Ben, You need to adjust the actuators so they'll both open at the same boost level, they you set them up like I said earlier, same as an external wastegate:D

Ben, Normally with an actuator setup you have maifold pressure on one side, and the output from the boost controller on the other, but hard to know without seeing it:(
