They were swerving, nearly ran into the back of my car, mounted kerbs because they could not control the car. I called the police to give them the cars details. I also followed the car (to see where they were going so the police could attend) but once they saw me follow them they took off even faster and nearly lost it around a busy intersection. I didn't bother following them after that. Don't feel bad.
