My 93 R33 GTST came with the Active LSD (I DO want to make it work). After all the trouble shooting I can do, I've determined that its most likely a bad G Sensor (based on the ECU codes). Problem is, in the US I can't find any local. I bought one from Canada on eBay, and another from JPJDM, but both arrived with the red "excessive impact" mark. So the only 2 I've been able to get my hands on, both arrived damaged. Both sellers swear they were in good condition prior to shipping. And the packing was fine, so I'm thinking maybe they "explode" in transit due to air pressure in the plane? In any case, Do-Luck makes a sensor replacement for the GTR, but not for the RWD GTST (only for AWD). But, the plug on my GTST is the same as one of the ones on the GTR. Has anyone ever tried using a Tarzan Do-Luck G Sensor on their GTST with just the one plug? Here's the GTR vs GTST plugs for comparison...

Anyone have pics of an OEM R33 GTR bumper on their r33 GTST? I know it’s a tad wider, and I’ve searched quite a bit, but all the online posts are too old and pics are gone.

I know there was a guy a few years back that made some GOOD looking GT-T badges for the trunk. Anyone know where to find one like this...

If I take the valve cover off, what should I be looking for? I know what cams look like lol, but all cams pretty much look the same to me.

I just bought an R33 from Japanese Classic and the VTC solenoid was unplugged. It’s missing the clip that holds it in place. I know people unplug these when they have certain cams. What are y’all’s thought? Just a broken clip? Maybe motor has cams?

You guys are awesome! I wish Midori made one for the RWD A-LSD, but I think they only make it for the AWD system. The RWD sensor only has one plug (I think 4 wires). I'll keep you posted. This is what mine looks like BTW.

Just checked, G Sensor IS plugged in. Probably unrelated, but the white wire going to the parking brake cable was cut from harness and ran under the carpet (not sure where to). On the plug to the G sensor, which wire should get 8 volts?

Fixed! Sorry, haven't been on this page in about 8 years (last time I owned a Skyline). Just updated car to R33 GTST

Your'e amazing! Do you think it may be easier to just swap out the G Sensor? Possible that fixes all 3 codes? Thank you! I'm determined to get this working.

Oh! There's a light! 62, 65, 66 are the codes: 62 FR and RR G sensor 2 and circuit 65 G- sensor 2 power supply and circuit 66 Side G sensor and circuit Now what, lol. I have no idea what those G sensors are or how to trouble shoot them.

My active LSD light is on. I dont think the active LSD pumps are even trying to do anything, but I could be wrong. I've tried bleeding both bleed valves (on pump and on LSD), but the light still comes on. Tried using an air pump on the reservoir, but nothing. Any test I can do to try and get this thing working? Any diagnostic codes anywhere? Stock ECU. Does this thing have its own ECU? In my trunk I have the any skid ECU and HICAS ECU. Maybe the skid is same ECU? Is there a fuse for it somewhere?

So is it the "LSD Gear Oil" that is being bled out of the A-LSD? Or is it the "ATF fluid" from the reservoir? If I'm understanding it correctly, the reservoir in the trunk uses ATF. Is the nipple on top of the LSD bleeding out gear oil, or is that ATF fluid? If that's ATF fluid, how do you drain and fill the LSD with LSD gear oil?

Has anyone tried the Bride Digo seats in an R32? They are made for bigger guys, I just wasn't sure if they would fit or not. Also, can I reuse stock brackets, or will I definitely need to buy the bride seat brackets?
