  1. Yes you can remove it, It will make the car louder which creates more attention by the cops. You wont stuff you'r turbo if anything you'r helping it by give it better air flow though the exhaust and stopping back pressure which causes loss in hp. Nathan
  2. Squizz, Skyline vs Supra meet sounds like a good idea! Nathan

  11. For Power FC the injector correction values are 77% but you'll have to to play with the ms you'r self to see were it idle's best. start at 0.00 and go up should be around 0.02 or 0.04 maby more. I've got my 740cc injectors (RB25 with FC) set at 50% & 0.40ms thats were i found it idle's best. It still has some hunting ocasionaly when its cold but that's due to the map not being tuned. hope that helps, Nathan
  12. I'd get your Dump pipes change as it will help exhaust gas flow out of your turbo's and try changing the timing on your cam gears, as it could be set wrong and not letting full gasses out to drive the turbo's to spool earlier. Nathan
  13. bump anyone ?
  14. Yep for sure mate, Theirs the Cairns Car's Guide that comes in the weekend post(Sat & Sunday's). Other wise during the week theirs the normal classified's. You have to ring up and give them details on what your selling etc and pay by credit card. If your going to put it in, put it under "Nissan Skyline" not Skyline Give it a try and see how you go & Good luck with the sale N
  15. Hi wolvesteve, I bought my R33 gtst series 2 95 mdl' for $23,000 from a car dealer here in cairns 3 years ago and it had pod, bov, exhaust, fully adjustable suspension strut braces, 3 piece jap rims and genuine 43,000 klms. This car sat in the car yard for 1 1/2 because i snaped it up. But the import scene is getting bigger & bigger so you could give it a try, Because theirs lots of people look for skylines at the moment. N
  16. GTR injectors are a low impediance injector, Im after high impediance that will work with a RB25 Power FC. Thanks though N
  17. I've herd they work fine. But i will find out more info when I install mine for final tuning stage. I will post if the fpr works or not with power read outs and a short video of the dyno run. (this may be couple months away though.) N
  18. I'm about to install a Malpassi fuel regulator onto my car. I picked it up for $280 You can get 2 types: 1psi Rising rate fpr or 2psi Rising rate fpr - I have this one as im going to be running high boost levels. The difference between the two is that when under heavy load (boost) it will rise your fuel pressure into your rail from standard 38psi by 1psi or 2 psi as boost increases. If your after a Malpassi one I can sorce you one. N
  19. Yes you can use the turbo with the SAFC ll intil you can get a Power FC but dont go boosting it too much over 10psi. With standard injectors you will ned a fpr to keep them at max pefrormance with more pressure in the fuel rail. Other wise they will run at stanadard fuel pressure and you wont be able to reach your target of 240kw's. But when if you get aftermarket Injectors you can still use the FPR but you dont have to as you wont need to be maxing them out to get 240kw's. All a FPR does is increase the pressure in the fuel rail to 3kg/m as standard is 2.55kg/m which ables you to get your inhjectors to their max. hope that helps, N
  20. Ok, So your using the stock ecu right ? You'll need to upgrade that to be able to reach 240kw's safely as the standard ecu will play funny buggers with your car after around 200kw's. My Reccomendation would be to sell the safc ll and buy a Apexi Power FC ecu as then you can control the fuel and the ignition and make sure its tuned safely. You Don't want to melt your pistons. But for now the safc will do fine intil you can afford a tunable ecu. Let me know how it goes. N
  21. Yes you can use your standard injectors, and yes you'll have to install a fuel pressure regulator. R33 Injector size. GTST Side Feed High Impedence - 370cc = 250kw's - With FPR GTR Top Feed Low Impedence - 444cc = 280kw's - With FPR But to achieve this you'll need to get your injectos cleaned as most older RB25 injectors can be clogged. So get them cleaned otherwise get a set of Sard 550cc injectors. Also which ecu are you using ? N
  22. What engine is this for ? If you have a RB25: The turbo should surport 400hp but you will be pushing it to its limit's and you'll hvae to run more than 1 bar of boost to reach your target. Spooling should be fairly quick, but it will hit boost hard when it comes on. makes sure you have all the surpoting systems to go with teh turbo, eg: Fuel pump, Injectors, ecu, the usual exhaust and front mount etc. I personaly would go with the HKS 2835 as this is know to be the best overal turbo for the RB25: Quick spooling and the ability to reach 300kw's. I'm currently running a 700 horsepower garrett turbo on my RB25 with .70 comp and .82 ex a/r. And it spools at about 3100rpm and is on full boost by about 4700rpm. Hope that helps, N
  23. Hi, I'm after some side feed high impediance injectors, size: between 700cc - 800cc to suit my RB25 with Greddy intake plenum & standard fuel rail. N
  24. Take a look at RayHalls lexus. www.turbofast.com.au he's done a 2jz a coversion with signle turbo set-up and it goes very well (430hp at rear wheels). I've been for a spin in it before Just some Idea's for you ! N
