  1. The stalling after acceleration could be because of the blocked off BOV. Mine wants to do it occasionally and I was thinking of unblocking it.
  2. Alright cool. I'd go plastic because it's black. I assume the alloy is not painted. I'll have a look. And usual price for them?
  3. Alright, I'll keep him in mind! I also noticed that pod enclosure. Is that an eBay item?
  4. Oh nice I've got that exact pump waiting to go in. What's the best place to get the fuel hoses?
  5. Hahaha. How long have you been running your rail?
  6. Lol I can't even see it with that piping. Thanks for the help again guys. I'll sleep on it.
  7. Looks good so far man. Keep up the hard work! I've yet to do a clutch replacement in mine!
  8. That's exactly what I've been thinking. I don't want to half ass with this setup. Just trying to be absolutely sure before buying parts.
  9. I can get a set of 550cc's for $300 is pretty much I'm asking because I keep getting different opinions and it'll save me $450.
  10. Search Rb25 mods... LIKE THIS!!! http://www.westcoastcruisers.com.au/forums/topic/13-basic-tuning-guide-r33-rb25det/
  11. I just don't want to go top feed because I want to keep it looking stock. I've got a couple friends running sidefeeds on E85, but have them going at 100%. They're runnning close to 300kw though. That's not my goal.
  12. Hey guys been doing some more homework and I've been given some advice to just go with a set of 550cc ones. This will allow me to keep the standard rail. Should I buy injectors brand new?
  13. Ok thanks I've heard about a few people using those brand hoses
  14. Exactly my thoughts man and thanks for the input! I obviously want to do my homework so I don't buy into something I don't understand. Also, from what I've read is that I've got to replace the rubber fuel lines because it breaks down and clogs fuel components. Do it once do it properly.
  15. Alright guys! You've been a huge help! My main concern was whether or not they were trying to rip me off and trying to sell me something that I don't need. My main goal is to have some nice power for the hills (I don't drift the car, not into that) and a good suspension setup. Plus I want to keep the engine bay mainly stock looking and clean.
  16. Alright guys thanks for the help. Has anyone dealt with garage7 in Adelaide before? They seem to be pretty damn good and a lot of help. If you're on Facebook do a search for garage7 and look at their photos. Says it's a solution for stock plenum on rb25dets non Neo conversion from side to top feed.
  17. I will either drive the car to the tuner and install it there or I will do it all at home and then get it put on a tow truck and taken to the tuners.
  18. Hasn't been tuned yet as that ECU isn't in yet. I'm doing the fuel setup beforehand so it gets done in one go with no retune needed.
  19. Ok well the kit consists of everything specifically for the RB25det non NEO, so I would assume that everything that is in that kit is perfect for it. Has anyone used this kit yet? Also it's $750. Does that seem to be a decent price for what it is?
  20. Hey guys new to the forum and I've started modding my R33 GTST, so I've decided to go with the flex fuel option with the Link G4 ECU that's I've bought. I've also bought a Walbro 450 E85 fuel pump. I was recommended to get this fuel rail and injector package by my tuner so I want confirmation from you guys whether or not I should get it. Mods are: pod filter, front mount, stock turbo (stock boost), 3 inch straight through exhaust with a decat, one hot dog and muffler. For stock plenum. Top feed 1000cc injectors.
