Not only a connoiossuer, but a brewery whore too huh?
I made wine once, squeezed the grapes myself, added all the ingredients needed, found out later that 200g of sugar made about 10% alcohol...... i put in 1.2kg of sugar...
...needless to say I discovered the reason it was so potent in a not-so-nice way...
... how do you make this napalm you speak of ?
