i think plumb-back is legal -> because it doesnt have a noice and it doesnt put out extra air = pollution and noise pollution vent to atmo is illegal -> opposite of other one.. it makes a noise= noise pollution it puts out extra air = epa will get u for that one (maybe)

seeing as 35% is the darkest you can go... go for the 35%... if your car is dark.. (i assume black) go for the dark tint.. silver tint just looks wanky, esp on dark cars... exception for silver cars...
