Yep foam is normal, I too crapped myself when I saw it. You should know it's right to go once the water squirts out. Yep you'll need the cap off to fill it

Autobarn carries most of this stuff now. I use Nulon too. If you have a look on the left hand side of the engine near the plenum you'll see a brass colored pipe (not the fuel rail) running up along to top of the engine (at least it is on mine) that feeds water. It has a small screw on it. If you drop the radiator fluid then refill it with the engine running and loosed the screw you'll bleed all the air out as you fill. Works a-ok for me and no air locks. You'll need to pull the bottom hose off to drop the fluid.

I think "dose pipe" is as funny as hell but it's an open forum and I'm sick of seeing new users hammered for asking questions or having different views to the majority

Have a look at the eBay auction, it's perfect and also has a picture. If you want to do it right pull off your pipe and take it to the shop, only way to be sure mate.
