Thats good news as im with just cars. hopefully it will be a huge difference.
  2. yeah, thats what i dont know. whether if the safc can switch according to the 2 stage boost controllers and adjust from the different type of psi?
  3. Help. Here is the problem. I want a 2 stage boost controller from stock level of 7psi to 10psi, fully adjustable as i dont want to run 10 psi constantly. Now.. my question is if i tune the SAFC at 10psi of boost then when switching back to 7psi wouldnt the safc be tuned correctly afterwards?? would the SAFC makes any difference whether im running 7psi or 10 psi? Cheers, and thanks .

  10. I didnt know 95 gtst is a series 2. Are you sure hippy wanted the series 2 one? from memory, series 2 are 96+ .. the picture you have attached is not the one with the red 's' . hippy wanted as stated in the title of this thread The RED 's' Grillie'
  11. Then you will need to chase up Macleod EPA test centre and ensure they have put through the test to VicRoads. Alternatively, you should have a copy of the EPA test which you can show it.
  12. in the case of your car being unregistered, you shouldnt drive it at all!. It should be garaged. I think this is what you need to do anyway: 1)Get your car to a roadworthy place and get a RWC. You might need to tow it or risk driving it to a mechanic to do the RWC.. 2)Take the RWC to VicRoads with the engineers report (if the car was an import and never have been registered in australia) 3)Get your brand new plates.
  13. This might lead to the roadworthyness of your vechicle vic. Did you buy the car secondhand?? if so, did the person who transfer the car into your name provided a roadworthy cert? The lady from vic road told you the car got defected last year in Nov? was that from the previous owner? did he/she fixed the problem with the EPA? im kinda confused vic.. more info will be better.
  14. the series 2 grillie will not fit on a series 1. They are different in size. the bonnet from a series 2 goes down lower therefore the grillie will be shorter in height. i tried to fit a series 2 grillie on my car before and it leaves a hugeee gap. doesnt look good .
  15. anyone else? im sure there are heaps of ppl who have change to electronic boost controllers and they have a stage boost controller lying around

  19. I dont park my car in a garage so it gets quite dirty all the time. Wash it about every second week from my local car washing place.
  20. verrry hard to get the front grillies with the red 's'. you can try your local wreckers. I was lucky enuff to get one sent from a wrecked line interstate. The series 2 grillies will not fit on a series 1 or vise versa.
  21. since you are from melb, go down to autobahn in doncaster. They should some there.. white parkers/main lights.
  22. @FOBBOY: You not that bored are you?? bumping everyone's post.
  23. also might be a veryyy simple problem. The radiator cap might be leaking pressure. Check the seals around it .
  24. the phillips white are quite good actually. looks bluish but from an angel looks clear white. Think they are about $50
  25. here's a pic. The parker is located where the red circle is. You will need a small hand to do the job. I gotta say its damn hard to take them out.
