  1. me n some mates were studying aviation at school, this is all we did in our study periods lol LAN fsx (Y) the school built 3 computers to run it and bought 3 joysticks for us:) what started out as us three in c152s practicing circuits at murray field turned into dog fights and tring to land in odd places in 747s blackbirds etc haha great game it cant still be really expensive can it? think it cost me $50 start of last year from singapore airport?
  2. im aware of that man yeah thats what im trying to find out? use a third party software so i can adjust it. if not ill just bite the bullet n get a e5200 or some shit... its a aged pc im surprized it even plays f3! haha
  3. well, to increase voltage to hopefully make it more stable, no if i got a better cpu i wouldnt have to adjust the voltage. id just have a more powerful one without the need to oc
  4. actually after playing for a few hours with the card over clocked and the cpu back to standard it hasnt crashed once? might have to look out for some voltage software because i cant alter voltage of the cpu with this mobo. or buy a more powerful cpu hey r31, just read your post! as above, i think it still must be cpu related now because my cards fan speed is adjusted automaticly via temp senser. do u know any voltage control software? otherwise i guess its new cpu time.
  5. FALLOUT3! and S.T.A.L.K.E.R shadow of chernobyl. 2 of the best FPS games u will play! excellent gameplay, great story lines n atmospheres and beautiful graphics
  6. when logging with gpuz over clocked the card got to 60deg once, then it froze, that was only after about 20mins of fallout3. standard clocks i can platy for almost double but if you check the log ive attatched it crashes around 58deg. im kinda convinced its the GPU since with differnt mobos people have got the e2180 to 3.7ghz on air cooling!! stragly the gpu fan wont go over 61%?? is there a way in CCC or another program where i can speed it up? cheers. 7. yeah real keen on a 32 4door coz they just look so neat! just not keen on rb20 (N). im in W.A man. few in the forsale section but im finding alot are brought over from eastern states not regoed with 25det swaps n screamer pipes and all other shit that cops would target you like mad haha
  8. hey man well mainly interested in 4 door turbo manuals, GTT, chaser, etc but yeah insurance is bullshit for me so i decided i better not buy a 25k rare manual 4 door and have to pay 4grand on insurance and love it to bits and worry about it everyday haah figured id be better of with a 6-15k import which i can have some fun in and not worry to much if it gets a few scratches on when its in the carpark and just run the 3rd party fire & theft. got any suggestions? im sure a tidy and nicely modded silvia or skyline will come up soon
  9. Gday all, Names Harley, 18, just started an apprenticeship with BHP as a auto sparky up north. enjoying it so far (Y) current drive is a black manual Au falcon ute but im currently on the look out for a jap import 2nd car as a daily streeter been on a few cruzes with mates and love the atmosphere on import cruzes, especially when the commore drivers get beaten and have a sad haha thought writing this would be a good way 2 get my 10posts so i can PM:) Cheers Harley
  10. hey man, its old school ddr400... geil 2x 1g in duel channel, running at cl 2.5,4,4,8. and FSB:DRAM 5:4. although i dont completly understand o/cing ram.... the stock pwr of the gc is Gpu: 820mhz mem: 730mhz. the mobo is a Asrock 775i65g-R2. getting on now so thats why ive turned to OCing to squeeze some betetr gaming outa it. Cheers!
  11. heyy fellas. ive overclocked my E2180 to 2.40ghz and my HIS ATI Radeon2600xt to 840mhz engine and 940mhz memory. after achieving these clocks im finding games run much smoother on the next graphic detail setting which is what i was after, but at random times usually after a hour or so of fallout 3 on High or S.T.A.L.K.E.R soc on extreme settings my computer will completly lock up! and need restarting GC o\c achieved by CCC cpu o\c via bios only changing the frequency. (cant adjust voltage on my mobo) cpu usually runs while gaming 30deg max and im pretty sure the gpu gets up to 55deg. so my questions are : are these temps acceptable? after futher "burning in" of the chips can i expect these lockups to go away? any other info greatly appreciated, Cheeers
  12. i found myslef in both lanes pulling out on the main road, whoops
