Ok so the general consensus is that this is a pointless thread. Which is fair enough. We cant be having threads about "cant get my seat position right- need help" Ure welcome to ask questions Erik, dont get me wrong. However threads like these are pretty much specific to ure car and u need to have a go at sorting these problems ureself. Unless of course u were expecting someone to say "there is a button under the dash u push to stop the squicking sounds" On a side note: Saw ure car out front on sunday, looking good. Thread Closed

Ahh, that brings back memories:rolleyes: Alliance rim repairs in north perth cnr Fitzgerald + James. They do a pretty good job. They charged me around 150-200 for mine but it had to be repainted as well. Was pretty much the same as ures from the description. Best of luck, nothing else is bent.

Buy another one for around $100. They are the same as the O2 sens on the EL falcon. Pull the old one out, put the new one back in. Apparently they should be changed every 50,000kms so chances are the stock one u have in ure 'line is worn out.

U think its bad over there? in WA we dont have keep left signs at all. This week ive been driving the old mans jeep and it has a set of big ass spotlights on the roof. Needless to say , i have become the scourge of the right line hog. Oh and the horn is pretty loud too Im all for making driver lic harder to get though. Cars should be like bikes, if u want a powerful car u have to earn it. Too many kids with 'lines and or silvias that are just wating to have an accident. Also if u cant see a speed camera u deserve to get busted, they are plain as day. If the speed camera was a kid about to run onto the road u would have nailed him good. Australia rules m8, where else can u get free education, free medical and have the govt pay u to sit on ure ass.

So i take my car to the sparky yesterday and say "ok the dash is on the back seat and the tacho gets power but it doesnt work" After leaving it for a day they say "ok the dash has been taken out and the tacho is getting power but it doesnt work, we need more time, cant u leave it overnight" Ergo my car is still at the sparkys and im gettting lubed up while waiting for the bill *sigh* Ud think an auto electrician would know how to fix... hmm i dunno....electrics in an auto!!!

U want rattles and squeeks? get some poly engine mounts. I gave up count a long time ago. I even have different rattles for different speeds and/or revs ranges. Best thing to do is get some contact glue and/or some spacefiller and go to town on the thing with some bits of carpet.
