Hi guys I was reading the music post in this section and some of you mentioned Initial D. (Great musik to be playin in the car btw) Has everyone here seen of know of Initial D? Was it one of the factors why Skylines and Jap import cars are so popular here and around the globe? Did it influence any of your decisions to get a fast Jap car?

Yeah thanks Scotty Thanks all for the great advice. Indeed it seems as if many of the importers mentioned in this thread provide comprehensive service and turn out happy customers, so it pretty much boils down to if you are happy about getting a car u have not seen and a car that potentially may have problems when it arrives. Apparently (after checking with Craig) there may just be several plates left for R33s, so hopefully I have managed to scrape in in time. Lets hope I get to join all u guys in an exclusive club.

Hiya all I would like to know if anyone has had any experiences with Geoff from Prestige motorsport and the guys from J-Spec. Is it much more convenient and less hassles to have your broker in the state that you live in (ie Melbourne) or doesn’t it matter? What do you guys reckon about these guys service? Which of these guys would you recommend in terms of service, bang for your buck and overall? Thanks guys.
