I would check for a leak in the piping, leave the gap as is if your going to 10 psi.

Come on Dan I know of another one that caused a great deal of shite because I bought a turbo off the guy and because I am a friend he dicked me around no end. If I remember rightly an investigation was carried out and the bolt was found to be faulty. A button head cap bolt is lower profile than a normal bolt and wont fowl.

On mine it is set to 7100 because my HKS2850 turbo drops off around there. I have done 120,000 kms on a stock motor pushing 320+ HP, drags, track and it still runs sweet, I do have all the support mods needed.

What is the actual damage? Looks like left front quarter, bonnet, guard, headlight and front bar? Structual?

If I can sell this one at a decent price I can buy the one I want and you dont have to fork out the big dollars for the 0.63.

yeah I got it off Adis and he got the size wrong, it is definatly a 0.63 rear housing, the part no is 700177, look it up.

what do the cops look for? Loose pod filters. Has to be secured to body. Screamer pipes. Exhaust Db. BOV is recirculating. oil drips/leaks Gauges above the dash line. Carbon fibre bonnets. They are the ones I have been checked for 3 times in the last 6 months.
