    You could go to a fasteners (nuts and bolts) store and get some one that will fit. Should cost no more than $5 - $10 max! (i think its only 4x small bolts you need). It wont be difficult at all - Take the car and airbox to the fasteners place and they'll find ones that fit. Shouldn't cost any more than $15 postage (most probably less - i will have to check the weight and measure it all up though. I just guessed measurements for the postage cost calculator on Australia Post site). Could take up to 3 business days to get there. Let me know. Cheers

Up to you if you want to sort something out with him as far as splitting the cost etc. I will however require full payment before releasing the items (don't want one to pay their share and the other pull out and then im stuck with an incomplete set).
