James, I've been told that I couldn't run my car around QR because it would seize. So I don't think it really matters. IF I want to go and do circuit, I will need my car retuned.

This doesn't work anymore. It used to, but they have fixed the system so this doesn't happen. Too many people were using this method to escape large fines.

NO! There is no such thing as double demerits and double fines on long weekends in Queensland. There is such a rule in NSW but Queensland hasn't adopted this yet.
