I need help as well. I have unscrewed the cap, but no matter how hard I try to pull, I just can't remove the wire clip. It won't budge..I am afraid I may damage the wire clip.

Guys...2nd Muffler is also known as Resonator right? I went to Mettams yesterday and Pat fitted a "Hotdog" Resonator for me. Cuts down the droning by lots. Is there a difference between those "hotdog" style resonator and oval type resonator? Quite confused
