hmm this may sound like a hassle but I dont have any of the tools... Dont suppose anyone can come over now and help me out? or even Monday? I dont have the courage to do it myself. If not then id have to take it to BD4s and get it fixed.

Do people think i can stil drive to the central coast? There is water in the coil packs between the sparks.. this is bad right? need help taking out the top pipe thingy, (cross overpipe?)

Majanal: thx, i have work day from 10 untill 6, so wont be able to work on the car. Ill give you a call after 6? if I have troubles? I just dont know how do u take off the crossover pipe and the correct tools to take it off. Taking the coils out seems simple but yea no time atm to do it.

long story short... Whist washing car ready for the show and shine.. Cleaning the engine bay with degreeser... few hrs later..pour water over the engine to get rid of stuff (friend who helped me wash car did this).... Driving home on the M4 car wouldnt go over 3000RPM., very scarey... it was going soo slow... Another few hours later... Opened up the coils and found the 1st one to be ok (no water), however 2nd one had about 3cms of water. Got most of it out. The other 4 havent been opened. Now what should I do? 1. Leave it in my garage for 1week and dont drive it. Hopefully let it evapourate? 2. Take it to a mechanic BD4's in gladsville get them to look at it. 3. Try and fix it myself. Which is hard coz its very hard to gain access to the coils due to the throtle thingy. 4. Something else? *sigh* any advice would be great.! Im so sad now

no go. Opened it up and looked that the 1st coil, nothing in there.. 2nd coil OMG heaps of water... got most of it out. couldnt gain access to the other coils. Drove around and noticed the cat temp sensor light up. So I guess im out.... Can anyone take me there? I would love a lift. Im located in maroubra. anyone? If not id have to let someone take some amps and give them to someone.

hmm hope soo.. friend is comming over now to help me... So I just take out the top plate of the engine and take the coils out? hmmm ok will see... will report back in a few hours.. dammit driving on the M4 with this problem sux0rs... had to drive like 90km/hr on a 110 zone.. was scarey too.. felted like car had no power.

OMG guys guess what? My today whist cleaning the car and degreesing, friend helped me do it, and doing the engine he poured too much water on the engine and and It splutters real bad and cant even go over certain RPMs. farrkkk.... So now... I might not be able to go up there.... Farkk.... I have two AMPs that I need to give to sindows and get money from him argh... Can any nice person take the amps up to the show and shine? Or if anyone knows a place where I can get this spluttering fixed up? spare coils? new oness?

im interested too but probably next month or so, as all this month's Sunday are booked out for me. Got things to do, show and shines to goto, dynos to goto, fishing trips to go but yea as long as in the skidpans I dont crash or trash mycar id like to go and learn too.

hmm yea.. dont want oil in your cabin. What about boost gauge? will it also leak if its mechanical?

Question is: What do you guys prefer? Electric or Mechanical Gauge? This is for oil pressure and a boost gauge. On a side note... What do the stock gauges use? Mechnical or Electric?

Does anyone know the difference between the mechanical & eletrical oil pressure? At the moment im just looking to buy these, what would be prices for these: C2 Boost 30 In. Hg/20 psi Mechanical - ATM-7107 C2 Oil Pressure 0-100 psi Mechanical - ATM-7121 or the Eletric version - ATM-7153 and the din box for them: Chris ill probably order next month or the 2nd batch.
